Health in Mind (North East Essex IAPT) provides access to a wide range of talking therapies and practical support for people aged 16 and over who are experiencing common mental health problems (including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and long term conditions). You can make a self-referral via our website without needing to see your GP first. You can also access self-help materials and pre-recorded and live webinars through our website.

The Life Enhancing Activity Programme – LEAP – is a scheme for Health Professionals to refer patients to Leisure World Colchester for an activity programme designed specifically for people with health issues.
