Appointments
How to make an appointment
To make an appointment please visit our consulting room.
If you think you need to be seen on the day please call at 08:00. You will be asked for a brief description of your symptoms so that the staff can allocate the most appropriate clinician for your needs. If it is personal please advise the receptionist upon booking the appointment. Please appreciate that 08:00 is a very busy time, if you are wanting to find out blood results or have any other non-urgent query call later in the morning when lines are less busy. Alternatively you can request test results using our online form
We offer a text reminder service for your appointments. Please ensure you have given us your mobile telephone number, you will then receive a text as confirmation of an appointment booking and also a reminder the day before.
Extended Hours
You now have access to an extended hours service being provided by The Colte Partnership. This service gives you access to appointments up until 20:00 on weekdays and also Saturday and Sunday mornings. These clinics will be held at one of 3 local practices. A range of clinics are available – from GP’s to physiotherapists. Please speak to a receptionist who can give you further details on the clinics available and is able to book you an appointment if required.
Out of Hours
For Out of Hours please ring 111. For extreme emergencies ring 999.
